What Are the Workouts Like?
Amoila will take you through 11 unique workouts which repeat over the course of 4 weeks. For 5 days a week, you’ll do a 30 to 40-minute workout designed to help you gain muscle and torch fat- all while preparing you to take on Amoila’s more advanced training. While these workouts include modifications for every move and are not as intense as the ones in 6 Weeks of THE WORK, you’ll still have to give Amoila your all every single day.
Delivery Policy
When will I receive my course?
You will receive a link to download/view your course immediately or within 1 to 24 hrs. It may takes few minutes, also few hours but never more than 24 hrs. Due to different time zone reasons.
How is my course delivered?
We share courses through Google Drive and Mega, so once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a google drive folder access link to view the course in your email.
