DVD 1: Basic technique (60 min):
The basic techniques of the original method of Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymph Drainage are shown in this 60 minute (approx..) DVD. Stationary circles, pump, scoop, rotary and circle techniques are demonstrated with individual explanations. This is followed by demonstration of the treatment of individual parts of the body, as taught in the basic course of the Dr. Vodder School. The film is an optimal addition to the practical courses and will make home study easier. It will aslo serve as a good reminder years later when reviewing the various body part sequences.
DVD 2: Special techniques (30 min):
In this 30 minute film of the special techniques, additional movements are shown to enhance the techniques taught in the basic class. The special techniques can be used later in application to various pathologies. If these techniques are targeted for use, they support the healing process of specific pathologies. The special techniques need to be applied with the basic sequences. You will be able to practice the sequences well by following this DVD or video.
