The Story of the Development of Deeply Theta  by John Dupuy
As some of you may know, Deep Delta  is one of our most popular tracks and a personal favorite of mine. Deep Delta was created by one of our resident genius developers, Leigh Spusta. A few months ago, I asked Leigh if he could do the same sort of treatment for theta that he had done for delta—theta being a powerful brain wave associated with dreaming, imagining, releasing, and therapeutic breakthroughs. Well, the results are better than I could have imagined…

How to Use

Download the iAwake® App
First, download the FREE iAwake® App, login with your email, and all your tracks will be right there. You can stream them, but we’d advise downloading them (from within the app) to ensure an interruption-free experience, and to be able to listen offline.
This is a wonderful meditation tool that will aid you in the waking up, growing up, and cleaning up process. Firstly, it’s a powerful spiritual meditative aid, and secondly, it’s a great tool for releasing unresolved issues and traumas from the past. Thirdly, both of these processes help us to deepen our spiritual experience and understanding as well as develop ourselves to the highest and best version of ourselves.
Deeply Theta consists of three tracks: a 10-minute track, a 20-minute track, and a 40-minute track. These can be used individually or sequenced any way you like—or used before or after other iAwake® tracks. However you use Deeply Theta, you can look forward to a very deep and healing meditative experience.
Can be used with speakers, but headphones are recommended for optimal results.

Technology
Deeply Theta was composed using a 432 Hz tuning versus the standard 440 Hz. This was to emphasize the natural harmonic sequences and interval frequencies that line up much more closely to whole numbers; many believe that 432 tuning is in sync with our biological frequencies and the planet itself.
Through the selection of note values and timbres, Leigh Spusta promoted the presence of natural entrainment rhythms that ultimately target the theta range of 5 Hz. The compositional style emphasizes an ebb and flow, eliciting a gentle deepening into physical relaxation and an expansion of the mind into a dreamlike state. A psycho-acoustic approach is utilized in order to cue the relaxation response and to evoke mental imagery and feelings of well-being.
Subtle isochronic technology was added to the 10- and 40-minute tracks targeting theta 4.5 Hz.

Creator

Leigh Spusta, creator of Alpha Arising, Forgetting Not to Remember, Gamma 40, Deep Delta, Deeply Theta, iAwake® Mini Meditations, Solar Infusion, and the sound/entrainment tracks for The Gift of Gratitude – Recovery Edition, The Gift of Gratitude, Morning Ritual, Call of the Heart; In, Out & Through Vol. I; Kundalini (In, Out & Through Vol. II);and Deep Recovery, is a composer, hypnotherapist, and Certified Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator, specializing in the use of sound frequencies to produce deep, relaxing trance states.
His work has become internationally recognized and is enjoyed by thousands around the world. Leigh has worked with several therapists in Los Angeles, producing a variety of therapeutic audio CDs, and has been hired as a consultant and producer working with companies in the United Kingdom. He also works with the HMI College of Hypnotherapy and the American Hypnosis Association as Director of Media Production.
Leigh combines his talents as a musician and his knowledge of hypnosis and related states, in an effort to pioneer new approaches to creating rich, resonant soundscapes for greater efficacy in healing and meditative products. Leigh is the developer of the proprietary PsimatiX™ therapeutic approaches and technologies.
