Create an environment in Victorian style, using 3ds Max, Zbrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance Designer & Painter, Marmoset and Unreal.
In this course we will go through the process of creating amazing gaming environment in Victorian style! We’ll start with modeling ornate parts inside 3ds Max, and then process them in Zbrush, to improve them. Then we will model our modular shapes like columns, doors, roof, floor, etc. for re-use in the Unreal Game Engine. We will use Substance Designer to create different textures tiles, such as wood, plaster, gold and fabric. We will explore the different types of modeling techniques, such as HiPoly to LowPoly-modeling to create the Asset in our scene. We will also use the Marvelous Designer to create realistic fabrics and draperies, which will give a more realistic environment. We go to the Substance Painter, texture to our Asset and once everything looks good, we’ll set our models and materials in Unreal. We dive into the creation of additional lighting and effects that will set the mood of the entire gaming environment of the Victorian era.
Extras. Information: Requirements basic knowledge of 3ds Max, Zbrush, Substance Designer & Painter, Marmoset and Unreal. No prior knowledge of Marvelous Designer is required, the basic of this software will be taught to you.
